The 30 million pound Environment and Sustainability Institute (ESI) is located on the University's Penryn Campus and is funded with a 22.9 million pound investment from the European Regional Development Fund and 6.6 million pounds from the South West of England Regional Development Agency. The Mediterranean Institute for Biodiversity and Ecology (IMBE, Aix-Marseille University, Aix-en-Provence, France), in its Research Group "Conservation Ecology and Biotic Interactions" has a 22-month post-doc position open for applications.
